Interior and Exterior

Each job in unique. Customers can provide a plan, specs or just simple ideas and we will take those and transform into the perfect project. IBS thrive on working efficiently and communicating with our customers. We can do parts of your project or we can complete your project from start to finish. You as the customer have complete control over your project. Some of the work that IBS can provide to you is listed below. Don't be afraid to ask us for any or all of your wishes as we would be glad to help. If there is something we cannot do we can find someone who can and supports the same mission as IBS. Completing your job- on time and on budget.

Things you might consider are:

Outlets install every 8’ as per state building code or specs. Fan/light combinations included in all bathrooms. Phone jacks, Cable jacks. Smoke and heat detectors as per state building code. Outside electrical outlets. Door bell for front and rear doors. Ground fault circuit breakers for all bath and kitchen outlets. Circuit breakers (no fuses). Wiring for all appliances. 200 amp service (standard). Light fixtures included. Flooring:Vinyl flooring. Wall to wall carpeting. Hardwood flooring and tile flooring.

Fireplace: Zero clearance fireplace w/ marble hearth and surround with colonial style mantle. Brick and stone masonry fireplaces.

Site work: Tree cutting, stumping, dig foundation and backfill and rough grading. Water and sewer installation and septic system installation.

We will assist you in obtaining Permits and engineering if needed.
