My wife Annie and I have a cottage on East Bluff Drive that we decided to renovate last year. We interviewed several builders and examined their work whenever possible. We made the decision to go with IBS Builders based on a combination of our interviews and viewing a job of theirs on West Bluff Drive. We are very satisfied with our decision.

We both felt that IBS was a quality firm with extensive local contacts for all facets of the job we wanted done, including internal cottage renovation, expansion, roofing, deck work and exterior retaining walls. They have lived up to our expectations on all accounts.

While we were away they communicated to us via phone and email, including detailed pictures of the work in progress. We were able to see what was being done even though we were not there. Their assistant, Terry, has been great. She is always available and has proved to be a key in the on-line process of getting us pictures of the work in process.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tim, Jarod and Lance (the brothers Strong) to anyone contemplating a renovation or new construction of their lake property.

Selecting IBS Builders for our home improvement project turned out to be one to be the best decision we ever made. Since we do not live at our lake house, communication was key. Their office assistant, Terry is awesome! She was quick to provided daily updates of the project by e-mail including pictures as certain portions of the job were completed. She was our link to the contractors and was very quick to reply to any questions we had. During each phase of the project, we were consulted to insure  that the materials being used and the work being completed was as agreed. These are truly the best contractors we have ever hired and would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you want quality work and a fair price, you want IBS Builders working for you!
